Universal Studios Singapore Announces Official Opening Date For Minion Land

Bee-do, bee-do, bee-do! Calling all Minions—get your goggles and denim dungarees ready! Illumination’s Minion Land is set to open at Universal Studios Singapore on 14 February 2025.

A collaboration between Universal Creative, Illumination, and Resorts World Sentosa (RWS), this exciting new land will feature immersive experiences, themed dining, exclusive merchandise, and an all-new live show alongside three previously announced rides.

What to Expect at Minion Land

Minute of Minion Mayhem Show

Join the Minions and Gru’s daughters—Margo, Edith, and Agnes—as they take over the streets in Minute of Minion Mayhem, an action-packed show filled with laughter and chaos.

Armed with fart guns and infectious dance moves, the Minions will keep you entertained from start to finish. Plus, after the show, you’ll get the chance to meet and greet the characters. Additional meet-and-greet sessions will also take place throughout Minion Land, featuring Gru, Lucy, and the girls.

Super Hungry Food Stand

Fans of Despicable Me can look forward to dining at this charming boardwalk eatery, inspired by the waterfront snack stand from the film. Unique to Universal Studios Singapore, the restaurant will offer a variety of mouthwatering creations, including:

Japanese Curry Chicken Karaage Rice – Crispy chicken karaage with poached vegetables and flavorful curry.
Vegan Crunchy Mushroom Burger – A plant-based delight with guacamole.
Minion Mantous with Singapore Chili Crab Sauce – A locally inspired dish packed with bold flavors.
Chicken Fingers with Sweet Potato Balls – A fun, kid-friendly meal.

And don’t forget dessert! Indulge in a rainbow cheesecake, inspired by Agnes’ beloved unicorn Fluffy, or a creamy Tim Bear mousse cake for a sweet finish.

Minion Marketplace

No theme park visit is complete without exclusive merch! To celebrate the opening of Minion Land, guests can grab limited-edition Universal Studios Singapore-exclusive Super Silly Space Killer figures:

A premium vinyl collectible with an iridescent finish (only 100 pieces available).
A full-colored vinyl figure (limited to 1,000 pieces).

The Minion Marketplace will also offer the Super Silly Fun Land Collection, featuring 15 themed apparel, homeware, and souvenir items inspired by iconic elements like the Silly Swirly ride and Space Killer game booth.

Looking ahead, more exclusive and limited-edition launches will roll out throughout the season, including the Minion Sakura Collection, arriving in March, showcasing the Minions enjoying cherry blossom season in soft pink and white hues.
